🎨 Bmw X5 Egr Valve Problems

My 520d has I guess a problem with a sensor. With diagnostic software I can see the exhaust gas recirculation cooler temperature sensor displays a value of 40.96° C. It never changes, cold or warm. It's a default value I've read, apparently when the sensor is dead. The problem is I can't point the sensor exactly. I have problems with my BMW F34 318d N47 engine. 290900 - Air system, Air to Egr mass flow, plausibility : measured air mass compared with calculated air mass too high. Last year was replaced the egr valve, egr cooler, dpf was cleaned, lambda sensor changed, intake manifold flaps changed and cleaned. During gentle acceleration between 1500 and 2000 rpm, my ECU measured boost pressure starts to fluctuate between 15 and 20 psi 3-4 times per second. Going slower or faster makes this go away.
